AKEN Invests in Private Equity alternative asset class, directly or through experienced Funds, which have achieved superior returns in private companies, applying its experience in financing, growth, and cost optimization strategies within the structures invested, with a defined and future exit strategies of 4-5 years.
Within this asset class, AKEN also invests in search funds which are an interesting investment vehicle created with the objective of finding, acquiring, and operating a company with a history of constant growth, increasing its value for more than 15 years, in other words, totally positioned on the market. Investor money is put in two phases. A first stage where the money is deposited to sponsor the search by the searcher, who are usually young MBA graduates, and a second stage for the purchase or acquisition of the company, in this stage the investor obtains the right, not the obligation, to invest pro-rata in the capital of the company found.
